Esoteric Acupuncture is a system of Acupuncture developed by Dr Mikio Sankey. It was initially published with his first book “Esoteric Acupuncture Volume I: Gateway to Expanded Healing” in 1999.   Dr Sankey was awarded the 2006 Acupuncture author of the year by the National Acupuncture and Oriental Medical organisation for his fourth book on Esoteric Acupuncture.

Typically an Esoteric Acupuncture treatment feels deeper than Traditional Acupuncture with each pattern leading to a harmonious state of wellbeing. Everyone experiences the treatment differently with some finding it quite relaxing having a great calming and anti-stress effect on the body.  Others will feel a surge of energy and joy. You may also notice improved sleep as well an improvement in your mood. 

Some clients who are more sensitive and in-tune with their innate abilities have found that after Esoteric Acupuncture treatments, their ‘readings’ and interactions with their own clients were more accurate, centred and left them with more energy at the end of a long day.
