During  this  session  you  will  be  guided  through  a mindful  meditation  and  visualization.  You  will  create  multiple spin  fields across  your  body  resulting  in  activation of your energy centers.  

You  will  be  guided  to  connect  with  your  inner  heart  and  your  authentic  being.

For  this  session,  we  will  connect  via  zoom  &   will require a quiet space for the duration of your appointment.   

We will discuss your goals,  what you would like to achieve or work on ,  any  discomforts  you’d  like  to address,  whats  holding  you  back  and  how  you  can  work  to  move  through  your  blocks.  

You may  experience a  sense  of  calm  or  clarity  afterwards.

During our follow up appointments, we will discuss your experience  from your last session and continue our discussion on your goals.

We  will work  through  a guided meditation.

During  this  6  week  program  you  will  build  practice  connecting  with  your  heart  and  opening  your  energy  centers.    

By  the  end  of  our  6  weeks  together  you  will  have  grown  your  confidence  and  you  will have  the  tools  for    to  help  you  stay  centered  and  live  intentionally  in  ways  that  feel  good  and  support  you .  

We  will  unpack  those  limiting  beliefs ,   fears,  bad  habits  or   blocks  that  are  holding  you  back  and  you  will  learn  to  move  through  life  in  alignment  with  your  truest  self.
